FAQs
When you subscribe to BS Box you are paying for the next month's box. So if you ordered in February your box will be shipped out to you within the first week of March. However, if your package hasn't arrived midway through the month don't hesitate to contact us so we can figure out what's happening.
Every month we include a vendor list that gives you details about the items, and also where you can find the maker online. We encourage you to follow them and continue to shop small!

If you want extra of the items, reach out as we may have spares or follow the prompts on your vendor list”
Easy to order for yourself or as a gift!
Pre order by the last day of the month to receive the following months box.
For example: Order in November to get the December box (In time for Christmas!)
Purchase a "One Time Only" Box or better yet subscribe to save $5 a box. You will receive a box once a month. Subscribers may cancel at any time!
If you are sending a gift, be sure to include a custom message we will hand write when directed.
Delivered at the start of each month!
We aim to send our regular boxes on the 1st of each month. (With the exception of Last Chance or Mystery box orders) Please keep in mind some shipping delays are out of our control.
You will receive an emailed tracking notification once the box has been shipped.
Aussies should expect the box to arrive no later than the 15th of each month.
